Dennis Realty has been serving buyers, sellers, investors, landlords and tenants in the Tampa Bay real estate market since 1973. Since then, we have expanded our property management services to include a special division within our company that exclusively works to lease and manage single-family homes, condos, duplexes, triplexes and small apartment complexes with qualified and certified property managers and a full-time staff to provide support and excellent service to both our landlords and tenants.
We manage homes all across Tampa Bay, including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco and Hernando Counties in some of the most desirable communities throughout the region. Each of our agents specialize in and are knowledgeable about the rental market in the local area that they serve, so you can count on us to provide you with positive and useful recommendations about your home.
At Dennis Realty, we do not get paid until we find you a tenant! Additionally, we take pride in our marketing plan and strive to find a tenant at the highest rental price possible in the shortest amount of time. Our repair and maintenance vendors are vetted for pricing, reputation, and experience and ALL of our property managers have undergone extensive training and certification.
Before renting out your property, we will gladly provide you with recommendations regarding any changes you might need to make with the least expense to maximize income potential and return on your investment. We also ensure that you sign off and approve every new tenant (and their pets) before the lease is signed! This provides you with the transparency and automatic accountability that you want as well as the peace of mind to know that we take our role seriously as your property manager.
