We all have air conditioners in Florida and a lot of homeowners don’t like spending money on maintenance or preventive maintenance. At Dennis Property Management we really work hard on how to keep the cost down as much as possible.

You can save yourself a lot of money by doing the Preventive Maintenance once to twice a year depending on the age of the AC unit.
