Proactive Scheduled Inspections of the interior and exterior of your property are part of the service with Dennis Property Management. Prior to your tenant taking occupancy your property manager will perform a move-in inspection, mid-term inspection and a renewal inspection. We look out for many things besides obvious neglect during these inspections. We check for unauthorized pets, unauthorized occupants or anything that raises a concern within the property. You will be notified of any concerns and we will also provide a remedy to the situation or a plan of action to address the situation.
The Tenant is Responsible for Repairs under $100. We have this clause inside our lease to protect our owner from nickel and dime repairs.
