Dennis Property Management provides tenants with so many different options of paying rent, there are NO excuses a tenant can give. Tenants can choose to pay their rent online using their Dennis Property Management Online Portal through Propertyware, with a credit card, with a personal check, in person in our office, at Walmart, 7-11, PayNearMe, or by US Mail. Our office has weekend hours as well to ensure tenants can pay their rent on their off hours.
Dennis Property Management possesses the ability to generate and serve Tenant Legal Notices on behalf of our Landlords. In addition, our attorney will draft the 7 Day Notice To Cure at no cost to our Landlords. In the event, an eviction of a tenant is warranted Dennis Property Management’s experienced attorney can step in and offer our Landlord’s eviction services at a discounted rate. In cases where an official Process Server is required, we can facilitate that as well.
Open communication with a tenant is key in an effort to avoid taking a tenant all the way through the long eviction process. Life events can occur and if a tenant loses their job and creates the inability to pay rent, we prefer cooperation from the tenant in a peaceful surrender of the property while also allowing us immediate access to new showings to replace the tenant.
